Yes, if you are not located in Cincinnati, you can greatly benefit from over the phone appointments. Please call for more details. 
Do I need to bring anything to the appointment?
If this is your first appointment, you will need to either arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the initial paperwork, or you can access the pdf's on the Home Screen and bring them with you.
Other than that, you will need an open heart and willingness to let go of what no longer serves you!
